Soy Jesús Carrillo, guía oficial, divulgador y apasionado de la historia de Cádiz. Desde hace más de diez años acompaño a viajeros que buscan algo más que una visita guiada: comprender la ciudad, descubrir las historias que esconden sus calles y verla desde una perspectiva diferente.
Mis recorridos combinan el rigor histórico con una forma cercana, entretenida y dinámica de contar el pasado, convirtiendo cada visita en una experiencia que invita a mirar Cádiz y el mundo con otros ojos. No concibo un tour como una sucesión de fechas y monumentos, sino como una oportunidad para entender por qué esta pequeña ciudad ha desempeñado un papel tan importante en la historia.
I'm Jesús Carrillo, a licensed tour guide, history communicator, and passionate storyteller specializing in Cádiz. For more than a decade, I've been helping visitors experience the city beyond its landmarks—understanding its history, discovering the stories hidden behind its streets, and seeing Cádiz from a fresh perspective.
My tours combine historical accuracy with engaging, accessible storytelling, creating experiences that are informative, entertaining, and memorable. Rather than simply pointing out monuments or reciting dates, my goal is to help you understand why this small Atlantic city became one of the most remarkable places in European history.

Además de guiar, divulgo la historia y el patrimonio de Cádiz a través de mis redes sociales (@jesusguiacadiz), donde una amplia comunidad sigue mis contenidos. Mi trabajo como divulgador también me ha llevado a colaborar con medios de comunicación nacionales e internacionales, acercando la historia de Cádiz a miles de personas dentro y fuera de la ciudad.
Haber vivido y viajado por distintos continentes ha reforzado mi pasión por la diversidad cultural y mi compromiso con un turismo responsable, respetuoso y de calidad. También impulso iniciativas solidarias y medioambientales porque creo que las mejores experiencias dejan una huella en quienes las viven, pero nunca en los lugares que las hacen posibles.
Beyond guiding, I share Cádiz's history and heritage through my social media channels (@jesusguiacadiz), where a growing community follows my work. I also collaborate with national and international media, bringing the stories of Cádiz to audiences far beyond the city itself.
Having lived and traveled across several continents has strengthened my appreciation for cultural diversity and my commitment to responsible, high-quality tourism. I also organize environmental and community initiatives because I believe that the best travel experiences leave a lasting impression on people—not on the places they visit.
